None yet, but sure to come!
I carried a M9 for almost 10 years in the USAF and I worked in the armory maintaining them for a couple of years as well. The M9 is not a 'bad' gun despite some of the issues you have heard about. Most civilians are not going to mistreat their expensive Beretta or put thousands of rounds through it like the military does. That said, I wouldn't even put it in the same playing field as a Sig or HK.

Now, I have also owned and carried a Sig 226, a Sig 229 (both in .40) and a HK USP .45. My favorite is the Sig and the HK is a VERY close second. As far as stopping power, someone earlier in the thread spoke as if the .45 is far superior to the .40 and I would respectfully disagree. If you hit someone center mass with a .40 hollow point and it doesn't stop them, your best course of action would be to start running the other direction. :) I think you will safely stop an aggressor with either caliber with the right round and a well placed shot.

My 2 cents is to leave the Beretta to the pretty gun crowd and go with the Sig or HK. If you are looking for a great concealed carry I am currently carrying the Walther PPS in .40. You can literally drop it in your pants pocket. It only has a 5 or 6 round mag capacity (plus 1 in the chamber), but if you have more than 5 or 6 aggressors you have bigger things to worry about.
