any idea how the 285 75 16 would hit MPG for stt maxx?

 

I get 10-11 city and 13-15 highway

 

and the Pros are harder on fuel no?

think you could get about 18 MPG with the STT Maxx running etiehr a 285 775 16 or 255 80 17

 

255 you could. That's what I was getting on 255/80

 

I have not put the ST Maxx on. Waiting for the BFGs to wear out. I ran the BFGs right through the middle of a prickly pear field yesterday. Thorns hardly even stick in them. Plan is to install the Coopers on about 6 weeks.

What size tire did you go with. 265/70R16?

 

I get 14-5 around town and 17-18 highway with my 285/75/16 ST Maxx in my 5600lb pig.

 

That pic is 265/75-16. Then I had 255/80-17 on it. Now it has 285/70-17

Nah. They all worked fine. My plans have just changed along the way.

 

Ordered S/T Maxx 255/80/17s. I have an icon stage 4 lift. Hope they won't rub.

Darn. Was hoping the lift would allow 33" tires with full range of motion.

 

daily driving you'll be fine.
But from what I've heard under flex and full lock you'll probably rub a little.
Minor trimming will fix it.

 

I have the OEM mudflaps. I am expecting to have to remove them. Do you know whether roblokz will fit?
