If your like most people on here then you can't leave shit well enough alone. Hard to beat the 870 for accessories.

Had a Nova. One of the very first ones. Good gun. You won't be disappointed.

    I love your avatar haha

Maybe I'll grab an 870 down the road to modify but for now I need to cool it on buying stuff, four guns in two months.

Im biased...870 was my first shotgun I bought back in 93, I think Ive only needed to clean it 3 times since then;) I can blast the head off a grouse with it still and I love shooting turkey with it.

Benelli nova. Its what you want your remington 870 or mossberg(yuck) to be. unless you get the magpul furniture for the 870. I still would rather send money to Italy than remington. I also have a benelli montefeltro silver, such a beautiful shotgun and real light.

Beretta 391 Urika at about $700 or in the gold variation around $1,100. Best semi shotgun I have ever owned at any price point. Not a single stove pipe in countless thousands of rounds.

Benelli Nova- got it dirt cheap used. Otherwise I'd get a Remington 870. I like the 870 because it's much like my deer rifle- Remington 860 carbine.

Does anyone have any experience with the Mossberg 930? I'm looking at the model that comes with a 28" hunting barrel and a 18.5" home defense barrel. I will be hunting dove and possibly some duck with it and converting it for home defense... when... I... get home.

I've been told it's a real nice gun for the $. I'm wondering about recoil, accuracy, problems with jamming ect...

A friend of mine has one and it's a bad ass gun for the coin for sure. Probably the nicest mossy they make.

My favorite 12 I have is the Benelli ultra light. I didn't buy it, it was my dads retirement gift from the refinery and he gave it to me. It only holds 3 shells and focus is on weight. 26" barrel and I can hold on sight with one hand, wouldn't recommend shooting this way. I think it weighs around 6 lbs.

Does it feel like you're getting hit in the cheek with a 2×4 when you pull the trigger?
