I replaced my 01xcab original OEM rotors and pads for the first time ever at about 130k. I used Centric, and I was thoroughly impressed well after they had broken in. When I sold my truck, the buyer who was test driving it almost put himself through the windshield and said Holy Crap! I'd go with them again.

K & N cold air kit, Gibson exhaust, R 1 concepts front slotted rotors, Braided brake hoses, stereo upgrades. All other parts replaced with Toyota parts.
R 1 Concepts slotted rotors with Hawk pads. Rebuilt calipers with Toyota seals. Had the calipers powder coated. Running the Russell brake hoses front and back.

I did the Tundra brake modification to my 2001 Tacoma yesterday. It took about 2 hours. I wish I would have done this years ago! It made a huge improvement in the braking.

I bought this exact kit from Amazon for $318 delivered (calipers, rotors, pads)

I also bought these brake lines from ToyTec $76 (2 x brake lines, they came with crush washers) 51518731167__ED247176-934E-486D-8DC3-320D18FDC0D4.jpg
