    Never needed one....put oil on the seal and hand tighten :notsure:

    I think TOY-640 Is the part # on mine. You should drain the filter housing too before you remove it to make less mess.

    I need it for removal. My housing is pretty tight. Dealer might of overtightened it durimg the complimentary oil change.

    I bought one of these off Amazon. Nice and solid. I bought a cheap steel one beforehand but it just slipped around the cartridge cover.

    Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
    Borrow one or use the screwdriver/hammer method to get the old one off. When you put the new one on, just hand tight with a rag. No need to overtighten. Best of luck.

    I use the MotivX one. It works well.

    It's funny the guys offering suggestions that you can tell they aren't familiar with the filter on the original poster's truck with their suggestions of using your hands or a hammer and screwdriver.
