Best online tire site

I went into a couple tire shops today asking them to price match tirerack.com's prices but they couldnt come close. For those who purchased their tires online, what sites do you guys recommend. I am looking for BFG KM2s or Goodyear Duratracs (C Load) in 265/75/16s.



PS. guys that work at tire shops seem so shady. i hate it. haha

 

use google shopping and use a reputable site.

 

I just got my duratracs from discounttiredirect.com.. They were the cheapest delivered price i could find. I told them about another site's prices, and they beat their price for me as well.

 

i used discounttiredirect.com for my last set of tires a couple years ago and they were great to deal with. but the set i just ordered 2 nights ago were from tirerack.com,got me some General Grabber AT2 285/75/16 comin my way.

 

I used treadepot.com. I got my Cooper Discoverer STT's for 173 a tire for 265/75R16 and I was quoted 223 at numerous other sites and stores.

 

onlinetires.com has the lowest prices I have found. Being that you live in So Cal, you can Will Call them and pick them up in Cerritos.

the onlinetires.com site doesnt have the km2s but they got the duratracs for cheap if i pick up.

 

So then who do you take them to to mount and balance?

 

probably just a local tire shop. they said they charge 25/tire for mount and balance ~ 100 for all 4 if you dont buy the tires from them. 15/tire if you buy the tires from them.
