@Ranger Dave ... you say you HAD the extended tow mirrors on for years... did you take them off for some reason? Is there an increase in wind noise? As in a drastic increase or whistle or is it a negligible increase? Looking at doing this to my 09. Wonder if I could add heat and turn signal capability??? Hhhmmm

I purchased a pair of these in early February after planning a few camping trips and reservations. I chose those because a few youtubers recommended them, one a tacoma owner. I liked that they seemed to fit good for both reviewers being I have been planning to move to a Tacoma from the Jeep they seemed like a good deal being universal fit. price drop was about $16 each then. Now they are about $30 each. I have never used towing mirrors. after a few now trips like to south carolina the other summer even with my pop up I could tell they would make highway drives better and safer.
I have not got to try them yet since Covid 19 closures have been canceling my camping trips. they seem heavy built more than I expected so hoping for the best.

Just to give you an update - After 3 years, I'm still using these same tow mirrors. They've worked well and I've had no issues with them.

We use the Milenco ones as well, they clamp down good and stay put.
