Hard start after running for a while. Turns over and you have to pump the gas and keep cranking and it will fire up. Then once it fires it idles really rough like it's going to die and tap the gas once and it runs perfectly again.

Last time it did this sporadically over a couple months, then sent a lean fuel code/loss of conpression, then started running rough at idle, then head gasket lol

Lol sounds like fun. I just found out that whoever did the timing belt on mine didn't torque the crankshaft bolt to spec.
Ask me how i know -_-

    Exploratory surgery

Rich code might be an injector but that there are also multiple evap codes...
(some of) These trucks are sensitive to over filling when fueling up, trying to squeeze that last part of a buck into tank. Causes evap system to be contaminated with raw fuel. This would lead to a Rich condition also saturates the carbon canister ( black box up next to master cyl) with raw gas.
This would/could cause a hard start as it's "flooded" now.
There may be an evap system issue on the fuel tank top allowing raw fuel in.
Doing precautionary compression test and cooling system pressure test isn't a bad idea either. At least you'll have an idea where you're at in that regard. Pull the plugs see if the correct ones are in place (it does make a difference)

I'm not sure where to even start with the Evap system...

Haven't done a compression test yet but I will.

There are not dual electrode plugs. I plan on changing that with first oil change.
