I splurged $1016 on 285/75/16's...so far I love them....decent for road and off road with good tire wear...

So, would it be fair to say BFGs are the tire of choice around here? It seems like there are a lot of choices and opinions. I've got Silent Armors on my truck now, but they're going to need to be replaced at some point in the near future.

Im running 33x10.5 15 bfg ko2 now, live in north central fl and rarely use 4wd in sand, considering i have an open diff, if i keep the throttle constant i usually get by just fine in sand. Another good tire i ran on my 5 lugger 2 years ago was general grabber at2 in 30x10.5 15 on pro comp wheels x8, they have a similar pattern as k02 but they are not LT and dont have the super side wall like k02. A lot cheaper, and on my 5 lugger it was a beast on the sand! :)

A lot here, buy the stock size ( like 31x10.5), end up upgrading their suspension down the road, and wish they wouldve gotten bigger tires. Me being one of them. Get some 32x11.5s or similar
