    ok so today
i pulled off lower control arms
all the grease worked wonders..been about a year since i lubed them and they came right out like butter.....thank god...
installed new lca's, moog lower ball joints "dam they were shot"
replace the drive side needle bearing in front diff with the ecgs solid bushing....
went pretty smooth......i will not lie there were some sketchy parts...
    new drive side diff seal...
    (2) new cvj axles.....as old ones had 100K on them and boots were getting worn and lots of clicking n popping........
replaced pass side wheel bearing, spindle to cv' dust seal,o-ring
so now i have pretty much a brand new front end......
BUT I NEED TO CUT OFF THE LCA'S FRAME MOUNTS AND START OVER....OMG THEY ARE HAMMERED.....................
i am going to check out some junk yards and see if i can go cut them off another truck and weld to mine

brand new upper and lower ball joints, lca, wheel bearings, cv's,seals, needle bearing removal,

    next up
drive shaft, weld rear diff armor, weld tire gate, run air lines and mount n wire compressor "when i find some more cash", get the new tires i have swapped in and alignment...DAVE REST UP

talk to mjp2 about that. his shop could do it NP but it's going to be pricey

please do not rig up your IFS with old shit parts cut off some wreck and welded on - you will only break them again. talk to MJP2

when O had my lca's off I could bend both brackets by hand. they are cheap and shitty. beef that shit up. you still have to pay on this thing for 4 more years.

some shit shop does it and you will never get your alignment right and eat tires like the cookie monster eats cookies.

oh and what you doing with old LCA's? Ill take them .....

he is using a heat exchanger and a 12 volt pump... not exactly similar.
he literally has on board hot water.. not just a pressurized water jug

    heres the light
    http://www.oznium.com/18watt-led-work-light

I didnt design the mount but if you get a piece of pipe and weld it to your bumper vertically and get another piece of pipe that slips inside the other pipe and mount a light on top of it youre good to go. the outer piece of pipe has a threaded hole "bung" and a wing bolt to keep the inner pipe secure. then the inner pipe can be moved up and down and angled where ever you want.

maybe if you came wheeling with us sometime youd get to see it in person
