    I hate to say it, but I would have never called the fire dept. I once had a motorcycle catch fire on a patio and I put it out with the hose, sure there was some scorch marks, but my man card was retained that day.

    The oven rack would have been back in that bitch with the plastic scrapped off and the self clean mode hit

    Iginition point and flash point are not the same thing. Cotton has an ignition point of around 150 degrees I believe.
