BHLM tomorrow.. kinda nervous!

lol we did the same thing on mine. chipped the paint off in one spot. nobody notices it but it bugs the shit out of me. i can see it a mile away

 

Took about 2 hours. I had to put one headlight in oven because two wont fit. The headlights are flawless! Iam really glad I went this route instead of buying from ebay

 

Interesting. I might have to do this. I think they would look awsome on a red truck

Only smell I've ever had was the smell of hot cardboard. It typically gets a little stinky by the last couple tosses in the oven.

were those ebay headlights to begin with? The reflectors do not look OEM..

 

Looks good man! I'm to scared to do this, so i'm just gonna buy a set off eBay.

 

This looks nice but how much does it impact the light dispersion? The reflective surfaces in the housing are engineered that way on purpose ... Has anyone done 1 at a time to check the difference?

 

you don't paint the reflector bowl around the bulb. Shouldn't affect the light output..
