    Definitely has a big ass.

Now that that's out of the way, this will be my 2018 T4R build thread. We're starting with a silver TRD Off Road Premium that has a sunroof and KDSS. I'll be moving lift, wheels/tires, and other odds and ends from my wife's red SR5 Premium to this one, in preparation to sell the SR5. Stock pics:

A REAL transfer case shifter. Yay!

Couple more driveway shots. Also forgot to mention there was 1 mile on it when I signed the paperwork.

Traded it in. I couldn't afford not to for the price they offered me as a trade in value on it.

When we got the Tacoma and SR5 4Runner 3 years ago I said I'd get rid of the truck before the T4R. Today I made that happen, AND bought another 4Runner. They're phenomenal vehicles, and I can't wait to get out and wheel this one.

I agree, they are so much better built than the Tacoma way more comfortable too. If I had to get rid of one I would pick to keep the 4Runner everytime

    I can't speak for 3rd gens cause I don't have one.
But I think they are built with better quality parts. They have more thought put into design/layout of everything in the interior. And just a better fit-finish overall than the taco.
Exterior is all the same thing, besides all the stuff gets swapped out anyway.

Toytec coilovers up front with Camburg UCAs. Toytec springs with Bilsteins in the back.

I kept the winch and the compressor. The dealership offered me more for it than the private party offers I was getting, so it was hard to turn down. I also didn't really feel like going through the time/hassle of parting out/swapping out parts to just get a lower dollar amount for the truck.
