Well as some of you may or may not know, i was involved with a head on collision coming home from a day of wheeling. Unfortunately the guy cut a blind corner into my lane and smacked my drivers side costing $11k worth of damage.

I had bought an All Pro bumper and installed it 5 days prior to this happening. I have to send a big thanks out to All Pro because the only thing that saved me and my passenger from serious damage was this bumper! It took the brunt of the hit saving up a lot of aches and pains.

    crash1_8a7c17b5ffe4b9fd0584a5482ebf5acc0b06ae13.jpg

    crash2_6b45acdcc76da7e8053e55ca9cac98b8d9dc10f9.jpg

Now not only did All Pro keep me in the loop the entire time of shipping, they also offered me a chance to wait a bit longer to receive there newest designed bumper made for higher clearance and improving approach angles! I jumped on the chance to have the latest and greatest ofcourse :D

When i received everything i was pleased to see the new design, plus a ton of extra goodies for the longer wait (which they had informed me of when i said yes to the new design) which i thought was top notch customer service.

And if that wasn't enough, they worked with the insurance company and the auto body shop to replace my AP bumper even though i didn't have aftermarket parts coverage!

In all i am extremely happy i had the All Pro Front Bumper on there the time of the crash and am more than pleased with how they are helping me out to get my truck looking like it did before the accident

    Thanks All Pro!

Wow, impressive. On the flip side I think I was actually lucky in my head on collision it wasn't installed (or at least, the other car was). It's actually pretty cool to see how well it held up. Can't wait to get mine installed on the new taco...

What was the est collision impact speed?

TBH people keep mentioning that but I haven't really seen it minus the improper jacking issue on the rear bumper they had just designed.

Personally I couldn't have been happier with AP's service and products. My only 'complaint' would have been their lackluster documentation which isn't that big of a deal.

Glad to hear you are okay. Good to see that a company on here stepped up to take care of their customers. Makes me feel good when deciding on a company to buy from...which I have always considered their bumpers.

I was in the claims business before my current job. a typical color matched front bumper was usually around 1300 installed(its rediculous). you probably can get an ARB or AP bumper for that and then some.

Jason saw the guy and stopped, then he said the mustang hit him at maybe 20-25mph.

So no air bags then? After market bumpers dont hinder their deployment do they?

Nope no air bags, and no they shouldnt be affected. The sensors are inertia activated and mounted to the radiator core support.
