Not going to claim the loudest, but seat of the pants tells me my single SA10 is in the 130 dB range. I'm basing that on a previous setup that RTAd at 136 dB at competition. It's in a SQ setup too :D

The loud end of my 1st gen. A work in progress as always. Nowhere near 160 but fun. Whatever this is doing is too loud to listen to for very long at stride. It has loosened some things in the dash too . It will shake the steering wheel, seats and panels.

Custom build I did myself. FYI, my entire audio install list is in my signature block below.

    Single Sundown SA10D4

1.3 cubic foot enclosure tuned to ~30 Hz. At the moment I'm crossed at 100 Hz @ 24 dB/oct. All active.

Double baffle on the enclosure, semi-decoupled, hella secure and crash tested . Vent travels to the bottom of the box then all the way across aside from the 2.1" slot. I didn't calculate vent volume, but it's close to half the box. Vent length is about 45" IIRC. Zero chuffing. Sounds great. Box with driver is over 100 lbs.

Power from an Alpine MRX-M55. LOVE this amp! It's under the driver's seat & not sure if I have any pics of that. Not much to see anyway - trying to keep that hidden. Only 585W on tap for the SA and it blows my mind how much air it moves. I'm underpowering the SA by at least half, but this way I can't possibly kill it. And it's way over the top anyhow.
