    Tyler,

I was able to get some shots underneath my rig for ya where the sliders grip to the frame. Hope this gives you a better idea of Jerry's design, it all works great!

Can't really tell from the pics...so are the frame mounting brackets essentially a C-channel around the frame and you bolt all the way through the front of bracket - frame rail - back of bracket? Thus the "just as strong bolted as welded" comment?

So this morning I was forced to park my taco extremely close to a new looking Honda CRV. There was no parking anywhere and on my way out I decided to stop and take a sip of coffee from my thermos when out of the blue I hear a big "thunk" near my passenger side door. I was like wtf? Well this crazy soccer mom looking lady was in a rush to get in her CRV, swung open her driver side door and the door's edge managed to slam into my BAMF sliders instead of my passenger side door. I LOVE my multi-purpose BAMF sliders! woot!

Here's a shot I took of our sienna's passenger door next to the driver side BAMF slider of my taco. Notice the edge of the Sienna's door hits the slider and never even gets to the taco's side door. So much win!

That's about right, much better then how I'd be able to explain it. :p Jerry (the guy who designs and builds them), calls it the "U wrap bolt on". You can read more about it HERE :)

I will review this awesome head unit very soon, but will have to say, if you have an iPhone, it's best you run appradio extensions (via JB) to get full functionality out of this head unit.

Here's a really good demonstration with the iPhone using appradio JB extensions:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oVYiKnAE6g
    Source: DavePioneer via youtube

The Pioneer AppRadio 2 has a beautiful simple design but quirky functionality without a hacked iPhone. In regards to functionality, the main reason for this unit (besides that I purchased it for dirt cheap :p ) is for my planned backup camera install. I also love the huge clock display, much better than the location of our stock taco clock lol :p

Here's a sneak peak of my Pioneer SPH-DA100 AppRadio 2 installed:

Thanks man! Was going for the black ops theme, pleasant on the eyes.

Heck ya! :D Too bad my phone is the older iPhone 4 with a broken mic and scuffed up camera lens. Oh well iPhone 5 on the way to fix that.

Nice! That's what I was wondering for those times you're not going on those long expeditions and want to save a little gas or those times you need to haul stuff with the tailgate down/bed extender.

Can't wait to see that rear bumper and accessories mounted on your rig!

Is this compatible with the second gen? Or have you seen any 2nd genners with one?

Also, are those True Religion jeans? :spy:

Yes, F-103 and F-103N will fit the 2nd Gens. Fumoto states that all Toyotas (except a few Land Cuisers) after 1993 will fit. Just note that I have the N version with the long nipple so make sure you have the clearance, you may want to just get the standard F-103 with no nipple if you are not sure about clearance and/or dont care to use plastic tubing.

They are cheap old navy jeans lol! :p

Thanks, ordered. A tube is much more efficient for a parking lot.

Big Oly, you said that the wheel spacers gave Cargo a beefier stance....I see the before pics , do you have any showing the after pics....I looked over the whole thread and if there were any I must have missed them

Looking over some of my old pics when my wheels/tires were stock, I may have over exaggerated a little using the word "beefier" :p The spacers don't make the tires/wheels stick out all that much but they do make them look a little wider.

Here's some comparison shots to show you (I don't have many stock pics).

1st gen wheels without spacers and stock tires:

2nd gen wheels with spacers on BFG AT tires:

While replacing the stock exhaust with a aftermarket cat-back I swapped in a new gasket and replaced the rusted nuts and bolts. I provided the part #'s below for reference.
