Will I need anything else hardware wise if I go that route? 880's are said to lift the V6 almost 2 inches. Is that 2 inches north of stock height? Or 2 inches north of ride height after almost 200k miles? I have the 2.7 Ex Cab. Just want to bump back up to stock height (ESP in the rear) while upgrading to better performing shocks all around.

^ most likely 2" from stock height but trust me, you'd like it and i have also heard the OME's were better riding shocks than the bilsteins just not adjustable but for your application they would work fine...& id listen to Blackdawg for the rear leafs, idk to terribly much about any other than the allpro expos which you dont need, but i would also go ahead and put a set of nitrochargers in place of the stock rear shocks while your at it, call up DSM they are very helpfull and knowledgable im sure they have OME stuff

I have blocks too, so i bought the All Pro 3" standard leaf pack, billy 5125's. Once i put them on ill see how it sits. I might have to get some extended shackles.

It will always be a bit of a crapshoot. Don't forget that the front coils will likely settle some as time goes by too.

There are several leaf packs that will give you some lift, someone has already mentioned the allpros. I went with the alcan 8 leaf pack from Wheelers and ended up with +2.5" with canopy. If I needed more I would add an extended shackle to the setup.

I was level with my Dakar pack so I added 1" shackles to give me a slight rake. Dakars are supposed to lift 2.25"

Eibach coils up front, Deaver 8 leaf packs in the rear, and 5100's all around. Also got 255/85-16 KM2s.

Yeah and that side even sits a bit lower in the rear due to the taco lean. The other side is actually a bit higher in the rear than the front. Definitely more than 1.5". They don't seem to be settling any either and I have several hundred miles on them plus I flexed them pretty good on a trail. Fine with me because I wanted a bit more so I wouldn't be sitting with a bro lean.

Is this the kit I would need for an 02' Taco, do I really need the sleeves and wrenches or could I get just order the coils and shocks seperate, seems to be cheaper that way

you dont need the wrenches unless you but the preassembled coilover.

5100's + eibach coils is the setup we're talkin about here

and you don't need the dust boot. I dont run them and havent had a problem, even when wheeling

I actually recommend not running the dust boots (the rubber accordion/bellows type). During the winter they get all dry and stiff and squeak like a mother!

Haha, I had to take them off about 10 minutes before that photo was taken. That was the first trip out with the tires on. I knew I was going to get some rubbing but it was a bit worse than I thought. The tires grabbed the front of the rear flare and started bending my bedside out. I've cut the fenders since then and no more rubbing.
