Will factory bump stops still work with this setup or do you need aftermarket bumps for these shocks?

Factory bumps should be fine. Depending on your specific truck, you will probably get about 2.5-2.75” or lift from the set up, well in range for the factory bumps. You could always upgrade them, but not necessary.
