bilstein set at 1.75, Racho 5000 rear with 4 leaf kit, floor mats, high lift jack, pull hook in hitch, bed rail corner braces, severe duty brake pads and devil horns on the grill....
Be careful at what point you measure...think of the truck as a lever and the front strut point as the fulcrum:)

You should be measuring from center hub to fender. The difference from front to back should be 2" (with 4 leafs). So 1.75" will level it out perfect. That is my setup.

Either your front springs are really worn out, or something is wrong. Should have about 1" difference between front/rear.

No way my springs are worn out they are perfect or I wouldn't have Clarence to run my tires 265/75r16

You shouldn't need the tsb.. I thought Toyota fixed it so the new trucks come stock with the 4 leaf pack?

The shop doin my shocks just let me know today after waiting almost a month that they cant get the rear 5100 so they are giving me 4600s in the rear will that make a difference in ride quality if I'm set at 1.75 up front or will it be about the same

Why can't they get 5100's? Down south motor sports has them in stock as of yesterday. And most likely not a huge difference but possibly some

You can but it'll be a very stiff ride

I searched a lot last night (until 1 am, my eyes are bleeding now) and found that it wouldnt be as stiff with the sport coils compared to the offroad coils, but i will go with ome 885 if i can figure out way to get some shipped here that wont cost me more then the actual coils are worth...

Well you have a new member on board. Just got my first true truck. 2015 TRD 4x4. Had Suburbans for last 18 years but enjoying the new ride. I am getting 5100 Adj. to use with stock coils (1.75") to avoid leaning and BORA 1 inch spacers to start. All else stock. Lenny at Motorspot was a huge help and DSM as well. But in the end, I got all of my current info and knowledge here on TW ! I hope it looks as good as the pics I see on TW when done (for now).

You may have a little "cali lean" if you don't do anything to the back, you will for sure if you add any weight. Welcome!

Hey - well thank you. Hmm, hoped the 4 leaf would prevent that. See, I learned all this from you guys. This forum is really nice, and I literally stumbled across it. Had no clue before. Anyway if it does Cali on me I can block it a bit. Thanks for the heads up !

With the 4 leaf you might be okay without any weight but put anything in it and it will. A lot of people on here are against blocks because it flattens out the leafs quicker and adds axle wrap (anything over a 1 inch block will). If you want to maintain a stock ride then a 1 inch block will be fine but a better lift would be an add a leaf. Hide your wallet because this forum will give you ideas you never thought you'd be buying :D

HA, I can see that. The wife will take care of that along with the twins in college. Yeah, twins. I haven't seen a rear block over 1" on most threads I have read but didn't know why so thank you. Something to avoid for sure. Fortunately the weight issues are pretty much limited to me and my big ole butt right now. :p Your a good man. Appreciate the welcome and the help. Should stay in touch. Hopefully I will have updates soon.
