Bilstein 5100s third setting vs. fourth setting

    My truck is currently at the third setting (1.75) and I still have factory shocks in the rear. I am thinking about going to the fourth setting in the front and installing 5100s in the rear. My main concerns are ride quality and not wanting the front to be higher than the rear. I drive a 2012 SR5 V6 4x4 for reference.     5100s should always be set at 0 unless u like bad ride quality.
