Installed the 6112/5160 combo along with SPC LR upper control arms, ECGS bearing and Skyjacker softride leaf springs.

Front coils set on perch #5 with Headstrong 1/4” spacer on the drivers side.

Here’s the before and after measurements from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fenders.

    Stock Measurements
    20.6 FL
    22 RL
    21 FR
    22.5 RR

    Post lift
    22.75 FL
    23.25 RL
    22.75 FR
    23.25 RR

    Wheels and Tires:
    Level 8 MK6 17x8 0 Offset
    295/70r17 Cooper Evolution M/T
(Tires look great IMHO but they do have some added road noise)

The Bilstein’s ride so much smoother than the stock TRD OR suspension. It was worth every penny IMHO.

As far as rubbing is concerned. After the alignment was performed I had minor rubbing on the plastic near body mount. I will definitely need a BMC and pinch weld done if I want to take this off-road.

Haven’t figured out if the spare tire will fit under the bed yet. So far it looks like it won’t.

Beautiful truck! You can fit the spare under the truck with some minor modifications. I have a 285/70/17 under mine.

    Thanks for the kind words.

The 295/70/17 is 33.4” in diameter and the distance between the drivers side leaf spring hanger and the exhaust bracket is 32.8” wide. I guess I will do more research and maybe figure out a solution.

Enjoying this thread, tons of good stuff. I'm looking to upgrade the suspension on my 2019 OR. I mainly drive highway to work, but weekends I go fire roads and class VI roads in NH. Rocky and rooty unmaintained roads. The stock suspension does a fairly good job up till about 5-7mph on the rougher trails, no rock crawling. I'd like a firmer on road ride, less body lean and nose dive, but better off road on the unmaintained roads.

Can anyone comment on the 6112/5160 on the lower height settings? I'm not interested in much of a lift. Stock rear springs and front on the 4/3 or 3/2 setting? Can anyone comment on the ride quality off road and on road with this setting?

The ride quality will be great either way. Whether you lift or not, it is regarding the quality of the shock and the ride over the regular stock toyota suspension.

I drove my brothers truck a few weeks ago, he has this setup. I was floored by how well it rode.

I have ADS and, granted, my truck isn't finished and suspension overbuilt right now... but his truck rode so much better than mine on similar roads to what you're describing.

For the price, and even double the price, it's a sweet setup

How do you like the ride on 4/5 setting?

I love it. I think it sits at the perfect height and rides like a champ. It's been almost three weeks now and it has made the difference in ride quality.

It's settled less than half an inch in three weeks. I don't think it will settle anymore than it already has. It still sits with a very slight rake.

Thanks, I may go with this setup and change the lift or add an AAL if I start getting into carrying gear with me. I'm looking for an improved road feel since the stock suspension is so mushy, but I'm used to it now. And being able to tackle bumps off road at a slightly higher speed is worth it. I'm not looking to fly down the trail but not crawl along either.

I also plan on having 265/75/16 Duratracs installed soon. That is about all I want to do for my needs, not looking for anything crazy, just squeeze out a little more without breaking the bank.

Better than stock suspension in every conceivable way.

The 888 coils will give more height without the load carrying capacity. It would be like the 6112's on the 5th setting with the 650lb springs would be like your 888 coils. The 5th setting on the 6112's with 600lb springs is like a 885 coil.

i saw you post your 600 lb springs for sale, does that mean you got the 650's installed? if so, pics and measurements?? i'm basically in the same boat - started with 6112's with 600 lb springs at 4/4 with a lean spacer, but then added skid trio and plate bumper so i want to get the front back up a little bit.
