It took me almost two months to get my 6112s when I ordered them. 5160s never came in, so I put 5100s on the rear.

    When was this?

I feel like the dealers like you to hold onto the order while keep pushing back ETA.

I ordered from Wheelers 12/19. They do not have them in stock. And no accurate eta.

Nope, the last few I saw that were actually instock were on fleabay. Mine were lost in shipping via USPS from a vendor one state over and been trying to hunt a set down ever since.

It was at 4wp ordering directly from Bilstein. This was in Oct. At the time Bilstein owed them almost 200 6112s and close to that with 5160s.

Odd, I received the 5160 rear shocks on 12/15 and they had just got a shipment in.

When they shipped the 6112 fronts to me in early December they had 32 pair on the shelf. I had asked before I ordered them because I wanted to ensure they were in stock and would ship right away.

    Did anyone call them today?

I saw that Rogue Off-road posted on their FB page recently that they had 6112/5160's in stock.
Looks available but I'd call them to double check

I emailed yesterday, sounds like 5160 maybe 1/4 and check back on 1/6 for an eta on the 6112.

I just installed the wheelers off road trail kit package : Installed everything (including spc uca) but did not install the front diff spacer kit. I now get vibrations from around 17 mph to 23 mph. Mostly feel it coasting and feel it more when braking. I feel the vibe with and without carrier bearing drop kit. I heard that it might have to deal with the axle angles being a little bit off now. Might need axle shims? I’m not an expert but I did install everything myself and had a shop do the alignment. Has anyone else experienced this or might know a solution? I ended up with about 2.25 - 2.5 inch lift all around. Any help is appreciated.

Did you already replace the driver side needle bearing with an ECGS bushing?

Did you install the 3/8" strut top spacer that is an option with that kit?

Does the vibration go away when in 4 wheel drive?

Can you determine if the vibration is in the steering wheel (front) or the body (back)?

Have you tried putting the truck in neutral while braking to see if it disappears?

Can you run a piece of paper or business card between the fins on the inner boots of each front drive shaft?

What is the hub to fender measurements for each corner?

Anyone running 3/4 setting with a 1.5" 3 leaf AAL?

Have everything ready for install I am just debating if I should move them to 4/5 to prevent too much rake. Overload spring will be coming out.

I did not install the 3/8 strut top spacer.

Seems like I have two different vibrations going on. The first is very minor and incremental in the driver wheel. I can also hear a bit of noise coming from the driver side wheel so I am assuming that is the needle bearing needing to be replaced with ECGS bearing. This vibration seems to pretty much disappear when in 4 wheel drive.

The bigger vibe is feel is at that 17-23 mph vibe mostly coasting and harder under braking. In neutral it is still there.

Will have to get back to you about the card between the fins of boots and drive shaft.

    Corner measurements from hub:
    DF 23.5
    PF 23.5
    DR 24
    PR 24

Trying to figure out how you got 2.5" of lift in the front with the Bilstein 6112s? Do you know the clip position they are set at? Bilstein specs 2" at clip 5/6 position for 4x4 double cab. Or did you go with a heavier spring?

Seems you may need a small degree shim for the axle..

and if the vibration disappears in the front when in 4 wheel drive it could be the front diff bearing.

I'd start off with the rear axle shim, cheapest and easiest to install.

Maybe others could give you some ideas but that is what I'd do.

I have the clips on the 5th setting with a 1/4” spacer on the driver side with the 1.5” 3 add a leaf and have a very small rake. Sometimes if I park up hill it looks like the front is higher and if I park downhill it looks like I have more of a rake (makes sense) so I’m assuming it’s almost level.

I originally set mine at 4/3 (1" of lift) with a single 1 1/2" AAL and it was too low in the front. I bumped it to 6/5 (2" of lift) and its just about level. I have a shell and the rear is still a little higher than the front. There are times the front looks higher depending on how I'm parked. I almost wish I had set it at 5/4.

Thank you, that helps. I may set both at 4 and run the 1/4 spacer I have on the driver side. I want to retain some rake. I have done a lot of searching on this, most people seem to be running 5/6 settings and in pictures those almost look nose high to me. Thanks again.
