    Can anyone point me to a picture of the order of components in the top hat assembly? Doing them for a buddy who isn’t reusing his stock ones so we can’t look at how they come off the truck.

    Put in 6112/5160s on 5/4 with 650# coils, brand new ATS HD leaf pack, and a u-bolt flip 2 weeks ago. Broke it in last week, no crazy vibes, no drama, no idea how much lift but I was expecting 2 all around and got at least as much. Very happy camper here :D

    Just an update for those who tried to help solve this or followed along.
    I took the vehicle into a local off road shop today for diagnosis. It looks like the noise culprit is the body of the truck hitting the ctoss member of the sliders. I did have this on my list of potential places but wouldnt have known without removing them.

    If you look closely you can see there is barely a gap between the slider and body. I am going to have the shop trim the body so there will be enough room for ample clearence of the sliders.

    In case you guys get a clicking /clunking noise coming from your 6112's. I corrected this recently for a customer. We replaced all the top hat bushings. Also replaced the lower shock bushing. Noise be gone.

    Do i need extended brake lines with 5160s with a 1” lift in the rear via deaver AAL? I’ve heard different opinions on this. I just bought a set of 6112s for my front to replace the 5100s and I’m looking into replacing the rears as well now. Currently have standard length 5100s in the rear

    I’m also wondering with sumo spring bump stops in the rear if I’d even notice a huge difference in the 5160 over the 5100 rears and if I do decide to upgrade to 5160 should I go ahead and replace rear leaf to icon rxt or AAL as well
