I didn't do it, 4/3 is only an extra inch in the front, same as the stock lift option. I've gone off road about 30 times since the install and have not had any issues. Works for me.

I was thinking that it would be similar to the TRD lift. But I totally see the the side of while you’re in there might as well.

yeah dog, its basically a maintenance item. You might have a problem, you might not. In my opinion, its worth it to just never have to deal with it again and the truck is already apart so there is a minimal (if any) labor charge

Went with 4/5 clip position which is max for Access cab per Bilstein (truck is less weight than the 4door) and have no driveline vibration from the front diff.

Installed Bilstein 6112 front suspension now has over 1000 miles of offroad use and another 22,000 miles of pavement pounding. Still is flawless.

Hard to see the 6112s in this pic.
Guess I'm not much of a photographer or could it be the 37 inch tires :headbang:

How much rack do you have?
    Looks great.
    Just measure mine yesterday.
From top of tire to bottom of inner fender, full tank empty truck I'm
    5" front
    6.75" rear

    What bumpstops do you have?
Few years ago I got superbumps and the difference is like night and day.
    One of my favorite mods.
Made that much difference for me.

I’m still rocking the stock ones. Maybe it’s time to upgrade.

With 6112 at 4th setting, Icon RXT and 5160s, I have realized I have an insane lean. Over an inch. Any suggestions/thoughts?

Ok, 2 quick questions, what setting do you have your RXT's at? Do you have longer u bolts or a u bolt flip kit?

Lean, lower on the drivers side. I’m familiar with the taco lean but this is excessive. Weird thing is I don’t notice it at all visually or while driving.

Did you do 4/4 in the front settings or 4/5 as recommended by Bilstein? If it’s 4/4 and a full 1 inch then switch to 4/6 and you’ll be money.

I’m a second gen, they don’t recommend different settings on ours. So setting 4 out of 5 on both sides.
