I'd rather not say. I ordered the 6112s, 5160s, and deaver stage 1's and they were giving me the runaround on the deavers for weeks and i ultimately had to do a chargeback. I eventually got the deavers from Accutune with the help from John

Hi, Ready to install new 6112’s with the 11 settings. Can’t seem to find anything by searching. Does anyone know settings for a Reg cab 4x4? I am replacing 5100/884’s set at zero and would like roughly the equivalent lift with the 6112’s (roughly 2”).

    Thanks!

I wasn't paying attention when I adjusted the circlips on my 6112s and probably messed up the alignment of the lower mount with the tophat. is it doable with a socket extension or big ass screwdriver to turn the shock to bolt to the LCA?

Yup. Put the top hat posts in, stick a large screwdriver in the lower shock bushing, and give er a twist!

What kind of lift did you end up getting with the 650# springs?

You get additional 1/2” to compensate for weight bumper etc.

I'd like to get a bumper eventually and SSO states the bumper weights roughly 90lbs. I'd like to get a 1.5" lift in the front so trying to figure out if I get the 650# spring which notches would I want to go with. 9/7? 8/6?

Set them up for how truck is now. If/when you get a bumper, adjust the spring height then.

If your truck does not have an aftermarket bumper and/or winch now, you can run the 600# springs. Your truck will ride and perform better.

    Replace the springs when needed.

IMO 11/9 plus 650 coils with added weight up front ride will be awesome. With winch bumper. Without weight up front ride won’t be so great. If it’s going to be a while for bumper I would wait do it all once. Don’t adjust twice.i also have the sso slimline hybrid tube bumper with winch up front

Is anyone running the 10/8 setting with a 1/2" spacer on top? Considering this setup for around 2.7" of lift.

Concerned about issues at full droop with things like ball joint and cv bind, or the uca hitting the coil. I think there shouldn't be any issues since there wouldn't be much downtravel left at that high of a clip setting, plus I have JBA control arms.

You'll be fine with the setup you're proposing.

I've read most of this thread and some others over the last few days, so forgive me if I'm beating a dead horse, or overthinking things:

Want as close to a 2" lift as possible (while maintaining some rake). Driving is 99% pavement, mostly highway. Hoping to maintain/improve overall ride quality.

Thinking about ordering/installing a 6112/5100 combo with the 600lb springs, setting the fronts at 11/9, and running a 1.5" AAL (and maybe leaving the overload in to get a full 2"?)

Truck is a '22 SR5 DCLB. I don't have (or plan to have) any heavy add-ons, other than a hard folding tonneau. Currently running 255/85/16 ST Maxx on oem SR5 wheels.

Will this setup get me 2" front and back? Leave the overload in the back?

What are the collapsed/extended lengths of these new version 6112's? I can't seem to find the information anywhere. Is it the same as the old versions?
