    Maybe just redo it?

    I just used rattle can on mine. sand, clean, prime, paint. Works just fine.

    i tried all that..it chips when small rocks hit it.. do u think it will be ok if i spray regular black spray paint on top of the undercoating?

    That will probably look like crap. And it probably won't hold up. Just sand it all off and redo it. The #1 factor in painting is the prep.
