yea shoot me a pm when you think you can get all the things together. 21.89 isn't bad for shipping. but yea the blinker lens clear, i gota keep the outer amber reflectors due to maine state law. i have my inspection license and can't risk losing it over my own truck haha. sucks you can't find those clear kits too easy, those little yellow lenses don't just pop off do they?

 

I will keep you updated as much as possible. And yeah I don't want you to lose your license.

What I can do, is just take out the blinker lense altogether. I will seal up the areas where the lens did snap into the frame of the headlight and then paint. Just like it wasn't there.

 

i need a visual for this as i would prob go this route along with removing the amber pieces

I can patch up the reflector area with fiberglass or Bondo and have it a one piece look.

For the blinker lens, As they are snapped into the headlight frame, I can get some paintable silicone or Bondo and plug up those holes/snaps. For there I can resume the 1 piece look.

I can do a light tint to take the "edge" of the color. And I'm still searching for some. I have a few people I'm going to call today to see.

A little off topic, but have you thought of offering a tinted taillight service as well? By the way your work looks good and the price is very affordable. I wish I had waited and had you do mine instead of buying aftermarkets. The output is horrible for 200.00 lights. Maybe I'll have you do mine anyway and keep the aftermarkets as backups.

 

Yes, That has crossed my mind a few times, but I'm not that experienced with it. I'm sure if I do it well enough a few more times I might start something like that.

Then you send me yours off your truck. I do the swap so I always have a set on hand and can ship them fast.......It will still be the 2-3 day turnaround.
