Black market business opportunity in Kalifornia?

Increasing taxes on higher potency pot, ammo regs. Guess may have differing tax on how potent pot products are in the state. Good opportunity to help some friends out.
Good opportunity for black market business to run over the border to Nevada for pot that is taxed less, maybe some ammo too as long as you don't get checked at the border for ammo not bought in the state (out of state hunters). Don't know what laws in Nevada are to purchase ammo. I fill my gas tank before heading back to Kalifornia.
