    BAMF grille inserts have had an issue with overstressing and cracking the plastic grilles around the inserts. Is this something you took into account when designing yours?

    i don't know how heavy the bamf grilles are, they look very beefy and heavy. this is fairly light. my four year old can carry it around no problem.

    i'm sending out the payment link to our three lucky winners now :) hopefully get payment tonight/tomorrow and get them into fabrication. from there, we're probably a week out.

    I think it might also have been an issue of tight fit and the metal insert expanding.
