Blue ox adaptor

    i have a 2016 Tacoma TRD
    Want to know if there is a " simple" set up to accommodate a Blue Ox tow bar.
    I am installing a driveshaft disconnect so I can pull 4 down .
    Don't want to install the blue ox adapter that mounts under .
    Has any one done anything custom they can share
