Have you tried connecting that bluetooth on your phone to other devices? How about your truck?

That'll let you know where your problem is.

I have an iPhone, and sometimes when I get in the truck, the Bluetooth will not be connected. I turn bluetooth off on my phone, then turn it immediately back on. So far, it has connected right back up every time. Not sure if this is the same issue you are having.

Same problem here, and it has nothing to do with the pairing either on the phone or on the radio. On mine, Bluetooth and phone buttons have totally disappeared, so you can't even un-pair the decive. I've tried forgetting the device from my phone, disconnecting the battery, everything. Still doesn't work
