I dont have problem connecting but i have problem when i kill the engine, the music continue to play on my phone.
I have a phone just for my car so can play music and keep track of it with GPS, but because of this, i have to turn the music off every time i kill the engine... Anyone having similar problem? Iphone works perfectly though. Im using Fujitsu Arrows and Android.

I am having an issue with the data from my music (Spotify) showing up on home screen as well and steering wheel controls being rendered useless.. Sporadic on it working etc... This is with an LG V20.

I have an I-Phone for work that I will be switching the BT pairing with anyways as I spend a lot of time in the truck for work. Will see if its any better but I can say I never had issues with BT before with my old company I Phone 6 in my ford Escape. Worked every time, never dropped calls or had issues with music and controls etc. I get that it may be hard to make something compatible with multiple phones and OS but its 2017.

Had the truck for about a month now and this is the only thing about it I don't like.

As another update, I haven't had any issues since I installed Android 8 (Oreo). Been good so far, I did a full clean install though, no using ota updates.

My system was pushing scrambled bits until I shut my Bluetooth off then back on, on my iPhones (2 different ones. But this worked:

    1) press ‘select device’
    2) then select the phone in question
    3) press ‘device info’
    4) press ‘connect audio player from’
    5) select ‘device’.

    Boom. Problem solved.

The toyota firmware update fixed it for me.
