Bluetooth Problems

So my bluetooth has worked awesome over the last month. Now all of a sudden it's having all kinds of problems. Every time I get in the truck and the phone pairs with the HU it stops the radio, and says it searching...... My phone then doesn't ring when I get an incoming call, but if I connect using my phone it then starts to go through my speakers. Grrr... I deleted the truck as a device on my phone, and paired it up again. Still having the problem, which leads me to believe it's my stereo. Going to take it in, and I'll let you know what I find out

 

Do you have a blackberry? If you do try to reboot your phone. I had almost the same problem and that fixed it.

 

I've been having trouble trying to sync my blackberry to my bluetooth in my truck in terms of the phone book, my BB says that the connection fails everytime i try to get them to transfer

I do have a blackberry, so I will give that a try. Thanks for the info. I have a blackberry storm, and syncing my phone book is not an option. Not sure if its in your owners manual, but there is a place that indicates which phones will work with the jbl stereo.

 

have you tried initialize command under system setup menu?
I suppose that is like rebooting the bluetooth system.

 

Does anyone know where this list of compatible phones is? I've got an LG Envy 2 that won't pair up at all.
