Bluetooth suddenly not available

Hello,

I have a 2015 TRD Sport and and the Bluetooth feature all of sudden is grayed out on my Setup and not available for me to connect a device.

Any suggestions on the cause and solutions?

I’m having the same problem, same truck...

Sometimes I can get to the Bluetooth screen, but the ‘choose device’ button is missing, not just greyed out.

I have an iPhone 6s, and it worked great until I synced somebody’s android, and hasn’t worked since.

 

incase you havent received an answer yet...theres a software update available to correct this issue. dealer has to perform it.

 

Delete your phone from the stereo and your stereo from the phone. Have truck in park and retry then
