I lost 1/4 inch on the front with this bumper combined with a 10k winch. I have a 19 TRD OR and the suspension is super soft. I think any other suspension would handle the weight better, doubt there would be any noticeable sag.

That helps a ton. Since I do t have a winch and somewhat upgraded suspension I may not get much sag

I also don’t think this bumper is 80lbs as described. When I held it vertically while standing on my scale today it only added about 63lbs. Give a take a few. So I’m thinking 65ish pounds won’t make it sag a whole bunch

@dlovell90 I have the same setup (Bilstein 5100 and 887 coils) and have been looking at this bumper as well. I would love to hear your results after adding this bumper to your truck. Thanks in advance.

het a multi tool. If you have that and sockets. You’ll be just fine. You can even do a hand saw if you don’t want to get multi tool.

I used an angle grinder instead of the Dremel. Did mine in my garage all by myself in about 4 hours. Start to completely finished and cleaned up. Just take your time. Measure twice cut once.

Yes, it will fit. My winch dimensions are the exact same as yours.

I noticed you installed a license plate on the front. Did you have to drill any extra holes in the bumper in order to do that or buy any kits? Also, do you still have a winch and the plate just covers it?
