I bought my '02 Tacoma TRD that already had a 3" body lift (the body lift was so that it would take bigger tires). The rear leaf springs are saggy when the bed is empty and I want to carry heavier loads without its ass hanging down. My question is: does anyone have a body-lifted truck AND beefed-up leaf springs? Any potential problems with doing that? Thx.

You shouldnt have any problems with that, since they are independant of each other. check out www.lcengineering.com for new leafs.
