    hey was just curious and wanted to see if anyone out here competes in either bodybuilding powerlifting or both. im starting to train for a show and understand the basics but i always would gladly accept and advice.

    awesome. ya i have to wait till spring time to compete. thats when a good majority of the natural shows are here in socal.
