    if you wanna be a freak then get some real juice, use Nolvadex throughout, HCG near the end and Clomid post cycle, and EAT EAT EAT. your are very lean you will need shit loads of calories, probably more than you will ever want to eat, you will need at least 5 shakes per day of 40g protein on top of about 6 meals

    btw..thats not alot. at 20 clean..benched 315+ for working sets. why are you doing this cycle anyway? is your goal to compete? or do you want to be a freak? or do you want to immitate the situation? sounds like the last one to me. need to get your head straight. your 20. shouldnt do ph or a steroid cycle anyway. get your mind right, cause a stack will only make you worse. i know..

    Stupid to cycle at 20. youre messing with your body. Can't speak much since I cycled at 20 as well, but check your test levels and do blood work. Have a real pct, not otc. At 20 you can do gains with food alone. What's your calorie intake?

    You won't really come into your peak for another 10 years. Don't quit trying though. I was my best in size and strength in my 30s and that is whey those that win the Olympia are older. I know you can do this with good lean food, lots of it, and the right routines. Try Dorian Yates's Blood and Guts book. It is a modified Mike Menser routine. It did more for me for size and strength than anything else I have ever tried. I got up to 265 and was rock solid, cut (not shredded), and strong as I ever was. No need for drugs or prohormones. You don't need that until you get real old, like me :)

    I'm using L-TOX and Estro-8. I'm completely done with the S-Roid and i have about ten days left of the WAR. I am 207 pounds and still gaining weight. I still have my 6 pack but I am definitely becoming uncomfortable with the amount of weight and loss of flexibility. These products work great together is all I can say, but my father definitely noticed that I am on a short fuse as he says lol....

    and for everyone else...

    I do not want to be a freak, just herculean :)

    I know naturality works best and believe me I am not an avid pro-hormone user like some of my friends who are disgustly huge and ripped.

    I just wanted to throw some weight on and now i have it....

    I just need to work into the weight now because i know i can look about 240 but really weigh 205... sorry i have lagged on the photos but i work alot and rarely get time to sit on the computer.

    I'll do my best to post the pictures tonight..

    My rating of the superdrol is an A+ i had very very little acne but I am 20 so acne is normal. No hair loss... No loss of libido, infact i had quite the opposite and I wanted to fuck everything in sight hahaha. I attracted alot of attention in the gym though because of how much weight i gained in a short period of time and I am suspected of using roids.. lol I don't like being watched.... again i'll post pictures tonight....

    for anyone who wants to use Prohormones, get these two products whiel you can, they seem to work great toghether and the WAR is easily used as a dry stack to counter-act the water weight. I am not using a natural test support as i had no test related issues. And i already had a minor gyno issue that was hereditary but my mother is in plastic surgery so I'm getting the buds chopped out! :)

    ya loss of flexibility is a not so well known side effect. the hormones tighten up and cause ligaments and tendons to lose elasticity. keep up on mobility work to stay loose. but ya i know what you mean about the extra weight. little hard to get used to

    Damn, talk about complete opposites. I have been lifting for years since I was 14 now 26. I am 5'8 and 200lbs right now, I could be leaner LOL new year baby. However I have the trouble taking the weight off more than keeping it on. Hope you cycle of whatever it was treats you well I managed a GNC for 3 years and knew a lot of people who took Tren Xtreme and the P6Black. I myself to P6 Black and had great gains but ended up injuring my shoulder and chest after I came off.

    All in all PHs work great if your diet is taylored to you metabolism. However I think the right training routine like the 5x5 works great!

    You can also couple the 5x5 routine with the squat starter. Basically before every workout or atleast 3 workouts a week you warm up your legs and then do a set of 20 reps of squats with a weight you can barely get 20 reps with. When I did this I wanted to puke at the beginning of all my workouts but it stimulates natural GH production and you see awesome gains!

    But do not be mistaken a PH is a steroid as it is converted to one via the liver so be careful. I will prob not use them again just out of health concerns.

    Anyway here is a comparison with me (not as lean as you)

    205lbs after a PH cycle and taylored diet and training

    Dude, I also took tren and i honestly feel no product will ever compare to the ACL tren extreme (because they pumped winnistrol into it) haha but yeah i just wanted to get past 200. Now i have to fight to stay up here so well see how i do off the PH. I too impacted my shoulder via bench pressing so i have to be very careful. Now its Moderate weight x intense reps x no rest between sets.

    Normally i do 1 shake after my workout, i take Gourmet protein banana flavor because of the pottassium in it... during my cycle i was taking 3-4 shakes a day... i could've taken more but the drol is hard on the liver so i felt this was okay. I mostly ate alot though because your gains will yield much better results through food than powder.

    Match every gram of protein you eat with a gram of carbs.

    during my cutting cycles i dont eat carbs period though unless i can't avoid them.
