I don't think I have seen one like your describing. The closest in have seen is a modified harbor freight hitch cargo basket converted to fit across the bed.
Take a look through here and when you find the one that will fit the proper dimensions. Pm @eccracer104 and he can help you get it ordered with a discount.

It may not be what you are looking for but the Smittybilt Defender series is awesome. I have the 45454 on my bed rack.

looks great...how much weight can the basket handle? I assume I can easily load-up two coolers of ice and beer, yes?

If you are asking me, yes, it could easily support the weight of two full coolers. They recommend 3 bars for an RTT, so two bars should easily handle that. I didn't see an actual weight rating on their site.

@2ndGenJonny do you know the weight capacity of the Avid basket?

KB Voodoo Heavy-duty bars, they mount right into the bed mounting system:

    https://www.kbvoodoo.com/shop/heavy-duty-bed-brackets-fits-years-2005-2015

I used some galvanized nuts & bolts from HD to attach. 8 total, 2 on each corner.

We offer a 47 x 47 aluminum basket that is meant to be universal. It Would mount easily to the factory bed rail system with some 90-degree brackets.

$349 but you can use the code TAXSALE (for a limited time) to save 10%.

Sorry for the delay here, I don't get on here much and for some reason I wasn't notified about the tag.

Anyways, I used the basket for some time with a 120lb spare and highlift on it. I think the correct question is how much your bedsides can hold, not the basket. :)

Allpro is a bad name around here from some shenanigans a couple of years ago, but they're owned by trail gear now anyway. I don't know if you need something bigger but this is a neat idea.

Do you have plans to offer one that is 1x3 or 2x3? I want a basket to go under my top, but I only want it as a "shelf" behind the cab. Something thats 2f x 4f would be great.

    Thanks!

From order to shipped out for the bars and basket was about 6 weeks, which included the time for powder coating.
