I think I'd in for an "core exchange" gusseted spindles with the price you've mentioned, if I can keep my sway bar and not have to ditch/modify the dust shield (also assuming my wheels will work).
What are you thinking for install price?

I think the TC Sway bar version is the best bet for swaybar/dust shield setups, as you can keep all of that! I will order a handful of their gussets tonight to save a couple bucks on shipping multiple orders.
Lets call it $200 flat for TC gussets and welding them up. Install price is $50, I can swap out a spindle in about 30-40 minutes, so probably just over an hour for both sides.

Sounds good, TC it is! Shoot me a text if you need anything else.
Would that be a good time to install extended wheel studs as well?

Sweet, I'll order up ~3 TC Kits in the next day or two. Currently have 1 DRT kit on the way, and will have a set of spindles to throw them on in the next week or so, so that pair will be up for grabs soon.

@BudFriendguy made the trek up from Portland tonight and got his fairlead recess done on his Sso bumper!
Super curious on how much extra heat/wear an angled fairlead actually has. Was enough to snap my newish synthetic rope.

Did you pull the bumper to do this? Or were you able to do it when mounted up?

Yup, mounted. To weld the inside the bumper would need to come off, but no biggie if the inside isn't welded, as there's plenty of weld/support for the fairlead.

Shouldn't be enough load on the fairlead to require a bead on the inside as well. Your work looks great. Love seeing improvements on available armor

I might have some custom bracket work in the future for some behind the grille light bar mounts I want to make work. I have no plans now, but I'll keep you in mind. Looks like you do awesome work

Cool cool, ordered 3 TC w/Swaybar kits the other day.
Those will be for @msgs350 , @WrecklessAbandon , and you. Also have a set of DRT gussets on hand if anyone wants that option.

Heck yeah, lets do it! I've done lights behind my grille a couple times, so should be able to make your setup work.

I think I'll definitely hit you up to do some TC gussets w/ swaybar mounts. I'm just not ready to pull the trigger immediately on it. Trying to save some $$$ and hold on the mods for a bit.

Not sure how to upload videos on here, but this was my commute just now.
    Screenshot_20220225-165419_Gallery.jpg

Ive had the normal drum freeze/ebrake cable freeze issue non stop, even if I dont use the ebrake overnight. Truck has done that since new. Whatever, breaks free easily.

This time, was waiting in line at the car wash, went to pull in and truck didnt move. Knew instantly it was the rear drums sticking (again), so threw her in 4wd and dragged the tire a half mile to a spot that I could actually work on it. After the car wash guys yelled to me about "doing a burnout and leaving a big tire mark" I took the drum apart, pads basically on fire from dragging it. Nothing looked abnormal, ebrake cable is all the way backed out/not snagged anywhere, and drum adjustment is all the way loose now so they have less of a chance of locking up again. Wheel cylinders are free, nothing is siezed, so definitely doing a disk swap because I'm tired of the locking up, and the drums not doing anything after a puddle/mud hole. Stay tuned!
If there was a solution for the Abs, I'd be building a junkyard Ford 9" and putting that in, as the big chunk of money for Toyota rear disks could go toward that and disks are basically free to do on a 9".
