So I went and got a yard of top soil last weekend and I've discovered that I was way overweight like double the rated payload . Friend of mine went to the same place with his 1ton dually and the wouldn't give him any more than 2 yards cause he was overweight. Looking back had I known I wouldn't have gotten a full yard. But having driven with a ton of dirt in the back I now know that my truck can handle it, for short distances anyway. The dakar leafs helped a lot I wasn't bottomed out handling was good so was acceleration and braking. As a disclaimer i am going to say I don't recommend or suggest overloading your taco just sharing my experience.

    Alright more cosmetic crap.
Since a buddy of mine decided to roll his boat into my passenger side tail light I got some 09+ tails from a member on here. Then I figured what the hell I might as well tint them too.
Ignore all the crap in the back.

    ***UPDATE***

I finally found some ammo cans spent more on the hardware to install them than the cans themselves.
$12 each for the cans and $40 for hardware and locks.

    IMG_3053_b319c97f970f5ab2060ef4cd3d52622167a088a7.jpg

So I picked myself up some carriage bolts, washers and some wing-nuts for easy removal.

    IMG_3055_24d124c4cd5a3d5be725a780b27e93e144f6af75.jpg

put a plate in the side to keep the bolts evenly spaced and threw one in the track at the front.

    IMG_3059_8081aa5265207824fa42c02aaf8c1220be863237.jpg
drilled some holes in the can in the appropriate places.
bolted the cans to the rails and voila fill with crap.

i would say judging from the OEM and Magnaflow exhaust it would be much easier if you had an offset/center muffler as thats how both exhausts are. If you wanted to do a little custom exhaust work though anything is possible.

Hula girl on dash, that's it.
You're truck looks real good and you've done some useful mods. I'm planning to do the PIAA 510s also, and if I have time I'll do the BHLM. The puddle lights were a nice touch. Take 'er easy.

my build thread has slid to page 3 of my subscriptions time for a revival.

nothing exciting but i have found a solution to all my wiring woes.
yup thats a relay with an integrated fuse holder
    [IMG]
used in conjunction with a relay box and lots of wire loom, my ugly rats nest should clean up quite nicely.
more to come in the near future.
