Box Rocket, how do you keep your flares so nice? I'm contemplating painting mine to alleviate the fading.

4 kids to raise, and all the time you have into playing trucks :D

I only have 2 kids and get a couple hours here and there, mostly because the youngest is 3 months old tho.

I promise I don't have as much time as it appears. I usually only get an hour here and there too. If I'm lucky I'll get a couple evenings a month to hammer through a project. Kids definitely make it tricky. And truthfully when I have free time I'd rather spend it with my wife.

Most days I'm about 18mpg. But on longer freeway drives I'll get 21-22mpg. Doesn't sound like that's typical for a lot of people so I'll consider myself lucky to be getting that good.

I'll get a little light rubbing at full stuff in the rear. Fronts seems to be fine.

I hear ya there! When I go wheeling my 3 year old goes with every time, I love it. As soon as the 3 month can hold her head up more then I'll have the whole family going and I'll be in heaven! :)

I try to knock out my little projects while the wife is at work and the kids are napping this way when the wife is home we can all hang out since it doesn't seem to happen as much as I'd like

Oh there are plenty of places to get pinstripes from trees around here. My truck has them for sure.

The pinstripes are nothing. It's the rocks that jump out and bite.

If you stick to 10.5" wide tires like Adam you could see a bit of an increase in hwy mileage. Just remember to take into account your actually traveling farther then the odometer says. If your going 12.5 wide..then dream on

What did you do about your tail pipe after new rear bumper install. Mine hangs to low.

Who built your bumper? Looks incredibly similar to mine. Looks well built so good job.

My exhaust is cut (dumped) just behind the rear axle. I welded a bracket to the frame to use the stock hanger.
