That's the cleanest rear bumper I have ever seen and I love how the tubes hug the corners! When will you start mass producing them? :D Love your build!

Not yet. I need a good block of time to tackle that because I plan to do my rear shock relocation and ubolt flip at the same time.

Thanks. The bumper has been great. I don't have plans to "mass produce" them .....yet. :)

I would buy a bumper w/ a swingout like yours in a heartbeat.

My favorite bumper I have seen on a first gen yet...

If all you're doing is the plates, it should be a peice of cake. Probably don't even need to remove the ubolts. Just get them loose enough to slide the plates into position and tighten them back up.

Using a ratchet strap to pull the axle either forward or backward (which ever you need) will probably help too.

Hmm, true... I just need to buy some ratchet straps too. The axle just sits a little foo far back to stuff into the wheel wells perfectly.

The slip yoke is in the back of my mind but I just won't know if it's an issue until I try. I know there are a lot of people using the axle plates so I know it can work just fine. I just need to try both settings and see which one works best.

Got some Hella Optilux 7" HIDs (3 of them) for the front bumper. I will need to redo the light tabs and cutoff the TG lightbar. Still trying to decide if I build a new lightbar or just leave it off and run it low profile again.

Do a bar. So worth the protection. Should be able to make one pretty close to how it looks now with just 3 7'' lights. Or, put two up front then one facing back off the rack perhaps.

yeah it would just need to be a few inches wider and a few inches taller. not a big deal. and I agree the protection is probably worth it.
