as long is it's not pointing and stuff you'll burn or melt, it should be fine.

Thanks, ill give that a shot. Also, do you know the torque specs for all the hardware in the front and rear suspension? I found a thread here with them but the PDF files don't exist anymore.

Just don't do the shackles uber tight. Still want them to flex. I did mine too tight the first go around.

    Thanks.

Your truck has far surpassed mine. glad I can give people ideas though. I've been doing this long enough that back when i started I was greatful for other people willing to share details about their trucks because it gave me ideas for building my own trucks. So that's the whole reason I share a lot of pics etc so others can get ideas. I think is coolest when you can see that people have taken your ideas and then changed them to make them fit their needs. But like I said, your truck is to a point where I can start taking ideas from you.

    Adam

Is your bed Line-X'd or something similar?

If so, did you have to do anything special to drill through the bed rails? My bed, and rails, are Line-X'd and I have no idea how this stuff will respond to a drill bit.

    Thanks

you make me laugh. It's rubber dude. A drill bit will cut right through it.

I have line-x and drilled through them with no problems! Nothing grabbed or flaked off when I drilled through it.
