I've had my truck lifted for 2+ years now and never heard of this... I guess that explains why I get so much brake dust in the front and my pads and rotors have been wearing so fast...

I have a 3" Northwest Offroad lift with the new leafs in the back, do I need something longer than that Toytec one? It says 2 to 2 1/2 inches on their website.

Beefed Taco- Is that one you posted good for a 3" lift? It looks like it has more adjustability. Are you selling those or what? Thanks!

Generally, a 3" lift is only the front lift height. The rear is lifted about 2", so the one listed would be fine.

New Pioneer stereo, and all 4 speakers with Infinity components. Sirius satellite radio. Deckplate mod done. Door buzzer silenced forever thank God, tinted windows, vent visors, hood protector(bug guard), ceramic pads and new rotors, dechromed EVERYTHING. 2" Lift front 3" rear. Skyjacker AAL's and replacement leafs(and front spacers) from Fatbobsgarage.com. Skyjacker 7000 Hydro rear shocks, those Bilstein 5100 fronts are coming soon!
I get paid Friday, I'll take a set at that price, otherwise I will be making my own.

I'll make this whatever length someone would need, and for the $10.95 price. They are 3/16" thick and have the spacers on back to clear the part behind it on the axle. This is an item 4x4/prerunner guys don't think about, but an important one since you guys are also the ones who tow things and run larger tires.

Thanks Chris, I'm just 1 more option, because options are good. Sometimes aftermarket leaves people hanging on certain things, that's where I try to pick up the slack.

I'll take one whatever length you think I need. :D I'm guessing the one you have posted would work fine for me. Really anything would be an improvement since I've gone so long without one...

Let me know who and how to pay.

How much are you guys lifted in the rear? About 1.5" - 2.5"? I can make a couple of the $10.95 ones that raise the rod 2-3/4" and I usually do PayPal and have listed my info below if you're still interested. Thanks.

    BPV bracket $10.95
    USPS priority mail $6.80
    Total $17.75

Sway-Away racerunners up front, Downey leafsprings (5 pack) and Bilstein 5125's in back, 2" body lift, K&N/AEM air intake, Energy Bushings, Nology plug wires, Custom front/rear bumpers and sliders. Downey header and custom exhuast from there back.
Resurecting an old thread here. What if I'm missing the entire bracket and rod that travels up to the LSPV? Is there somewhere I can get the rods aftermarket? I scour the junkyards around here pretty often for 1st gens but theyre few and far between. Thanks guys!

OK so you install the BPV bracket with multipal holes how do you know what holes to re-position the lever to, so the brakeing is where it was before the lift?

How much lift do you have?

Install the lower part of the bracket on the axle.

For example - if you have 2" of lift: The top hole that has a bolt in it (on axle) - measure from the center of that bolt up 2" and that'll give you the TOP hole the arm should be mounted to.

Refer to post #8 that has a picture of what the setup will look like after you install the bracket. THe only difference will be the total height (should match the total lift in the rear that you have).

The rear lift is supose to be 1.5 inches but its closer to 2.0. I am going to look around in my shop I think I have some scrap to fab up a bracket, I don't mine the cost of a ready made bracket just hate to pay the shipping on what the bracket cost.

Measure from the middle of each set of bolt holes. It should be 4" or whatever your lift height is in the rear.

Your making it too complicated. Just make the bracket longer by the same amount of lift you get.

I have the Beefed BPV bracket on my truck. I can't speak for its effectiveness because I never drove the truck lifted without it, but it's definitely a well built and well thought out part.
