    Oil checking is an everywhere thing. Wrist locks can be gimmicky but they definitely catch people off guard. Not saying you'll do it twice in a row, but you'd be surprised how often they work the first attempt

    Salex glovebox/console organizers, Philips H4 MotoVision headlight bulbs, Optilux H10 Extreme Yellow XY foglight bulbs, csjumper2003 LED domelight & license plate bulbs
    I was 5'11" and 225lbs. when I was training and I always had a hard time against the lighter and smaller guys. They were faster and had more cardio. The lean tall guys were a lot more flexible. I preferred rolling with guys my size or bigger.

    It really depends on your style of grappling to. Without knowing anything about your game I’d recommend maybe settling for 165-175.
    As long as you’ve got cardio and you feel strong I’d say you’re close to where you should be

    I don’t compete, but I heard from an experienced competitor that when big guys roll (+225 lbs) who ever wins is who gets on top first.

    One of my teammates decided he had enough and tapped when I stacked him and kept following him as he tried to hip out, I’m 6’1” at 250

    I do Muay Thai for the cardio
