    I haven't taken the time to read this whole thread yet.. just getting started in making my own gluten free bread and a friend found an aluminum bread pan for like 50 cents at a garage sale and donated it to me.. is this acceptable for making bread?

    TIA for your thoughts!

    Just pulled it out of the oven, other than ciabatta that I do on occasion, this is my first real loaf of bread
