    Loving the progress OP!
Don't know how I could've missed it (I study these pages religiously) but, are you still running axle shims or did you weld on new spring perches?

Still running the shims. I know I mentioned relocating the perches, it just never happened and haven't had a real reason to move them.

Yeah, at this point everything has settled in nicely and to remove them would be to lose a 1/4" of lift in the back and I like how it sits now.

So...what kind of spike in RPM difference did you see going from 4.10 to 4.88? Or did you have like 3.90 or something to start?

    I had 4.10 to start.
Gonna make me do all that math again? I thought you guys were the ones taking all the math classes...:stirthepot: :D
I can't remember anymore, it was like 3-400 rpm difference maybe?
Somewhere in this thread I had all that figured in.

Just curious lol Calc has gotten rid of numbers all together just about Ahaha. But a guy in Salt Lake City has a pair of 4.88 diffs built by ECGS for 1000 and I can trade him my transfer case maybe for less $$$

This is the calculator I used. Figure your existing setup, then again for the new gears and if you keep the tire size the same it will gave a fairly accurate idea of what to expect.
