    Vehicle:
2011 TRD OR 4WD DC Black
3" Bilstein 5100 lift kit. 285/75r16 General Grabbers AT2 w/ 16" TRD FJ wheels. Spyder CCFI halo headlights
Quick specs: 2011 OR DC w/100k miles. 2" lift added at 45k miles using 5100s front and rear w/ an AAL from Bilstein Lifts.

Background: I don't off-road or tow very much. I mostly use my truck to haul small loads of lumber
Situation: Both AALs broke at some point in the last 6 mo. The OEM leaf springs have rust but after cleaning with a steel brush they don't look that bad.

NOTE: My truck was not part of the leaf spring recall back in 2014.

Question: I ordered the ICON 1.5 in rear lift expansion pack to replace the broken AALs but I'm wondering if that is enough to drive safely given the condition of the factory leaf springs. Were my rear 5100s and factory leaf springs compromised after driving with the broken AALs for up to 6 months? Should both be replaced in addition to the ICON expansion pack?
