    Good chance you're covered by the frame settlement class action since you have an 05. Google it. Toyota will replace your frame for free

    Will Toyota honor the frame swap if the frame has been drilled/modified or you have and aftermarket drop bracket lift?
    I wouldn't if I were them.

    If rusted out, possibly, if broken because they determine the mods caused additional stress on the mounts and frame, I very seriously doubt Toyota would cover that or even a percentage of the repair.
